1. What is your shipping time?
 
We do our very best to deliver your product as soon as possible. We process every order within 24-48 hours. Once the order has been processed, for U.S. orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. For international orders, please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery. 
 
2. I made a mistake in my order!
 
If you made and error in your order, please email us at support@shopglacier.com We process orders immediately so if you let us know early enough, we will do our very best to change your order.
 
3. I ordered multiple items. Why did I only get 1?
 
Most items are shipped individually simply because it makes logistics easier and helps us keep the prices low. Do not worry, your other products are on their way and will arrive shortly!

4. What is your Return Policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at support@shopglacier.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us and get the right one or a refund. You have 7 days from the delivery of your product on all retail, non-promotional items. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
